« We loved it! The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was close to everything we needed- 10 minute walk to Pentagon, 10 minute walk to metro train. The only down fall was we didn't know about paying for parking - we found out the day we left though so were able to get it taken care of before we arrived. « This was a nightmare. To begin with, the check-in email was not clear and was missed because it came from a random name/address. Then there were no instructions on where to park. But the real fun began at 4:05p when I tried to check-in. They had the envelope with my information but there were no keys in it. They took forever looking for it. « We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy. Overall, if we were to come back to Virginia to visit D.C we would definitely stay here again. I...

« Terrible!! Paid for parking garage. never received parking pass. So we had to park almost 15 mins away. They said there was nothing they could do to get me the pass we paid for and they would refund me... we still haven't received any refund. ALSO airplanes and trains go by about every 5 mins its EXTREMELY LOUD. »
