« The property was very clean, and in a quiet location with a nice view of river. The owners have done a great job of making it feel warm and homey. The only small concerns I would point out, there is a road between the house and fire pit by the river which lies below a bit of a hill, and traffic travels by at quite a fast speed so proceed with caution when crossing the road with a child or pet. Also, there are rather steep steps and an incline from the driveway to the doors so carrying anything...

« Our third stay here at this beautiful home, which should tell you how much we love it here. We thought about going somewhere different for a change, but after reviewing the area, this is hands down the best place and location. We were blessed with tons of snow this trip, which made things even better. Communication with Lisa was, as usual, excellent from start to finish. Lisa is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is what makes this beautiful house a home. We highly recommend this...

« Cabin was great. Very spacious. Kids had their own space in the basement with beds and bathroom, living area, frig and ping pong table. Adults had the upstairs with nice full kitchen and bedrooms and living room. Boys went ice fishing and caught fish right off the shore. Girls staying inside and played games. Great way to bring in the New Year. Host was great & made it very easy to book and ask questions. »

« Very accommodating! What a beautiful place in a little corner of the northwoods. We spend a lot of time in the area camping in the summer, but wanted a spot between Christmas and the new year for our whole family to hang out. Could not have asked or a better place! »

« We rent someplace in the Winter area every year in October for a weeklong grouse hunt. This cabin was by far our favorite. It was exceptionally cleaned, well kept, well stocked, and well laid out. Chris was a fantastic and accommodating host and made sure everything was set for our arrival. I would highly recommend this property for any group. It is a great combination of multiple comfortable living spaces in a peaceful quiet setting. »
