We were given a welcome gift with snacks, laundry detergent, paper plates and a toy for our dog. We loved how the property was a short walk away to the beach. « Amazing spot in Virginia Beach’s ViBe district! We loved our stay - this was a perfect location for us during our stay for the 2025 VB 10 miler event. Just a few blocks from the beach, this three-level condo was a comfortable, clean, enjoyable stay. We appreciated having two parking spots literally right in front of the condo! « Check in and out was good. the place was neat and clean. They had food for us to make breakfast which was nice. The bikes were also fun to ride on the boardwalk. We had one of the seats that needed to be tighten and it was taken care of right away. We could see dolphins every day. The one think in the listing was the balcony that you cannot sit out on. »

« Our family has been going to VA Beach for 12 years and this is probably one of our most favorite years and largely in part to this beautiful rental. The location was near almost all of our favorite spots to eat, just a few blocks from King Neptune and the playgrounds, and an area where the beach isn't super crowded. « I took my parents and 2 teens for a quick getaway over Labor Day weekend. Very easy to check in. Host was super nice and communicated with us about the whole process. Place is clean and has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation and the views from balcony was breathtaking. Thank you Maria. »

« Good Vibes is two blocks from the beach! SO easy to walk to plus restaurants and shopping. Harris Teeter within walking distance. We brought our two teen granddaughters. Plenty of room for 4 and the kids liked the bunk beds. The unit was very clean & spacious; kitchen was adequate, and the washer/dryer a great plus. We would definitely book again. « We had a very nice stay and it was amazing to be right in the beach. The managers were very responsive and attended to any issue we may have brought up right away. You can feel sure that if you stay at one of their properties and any thing is amiss it will be fixed promptly! The unit was in great shape and very nicely laid out for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook but lacked in storage for any food we bought or brought. Fridge was empty and clean and had ice trays. Nice touch...

« My wife and I come here every year for our anniversary, based on the reviews we decided to give this place a try, we’re so glad we did. From the host Steven, who had a balloon and anniversary card waiting for us, the cleanliness of the room, the oceanfront view and it was also on the quiet side of the beach. Everything was AWESOME!! Would highly recommend this place, definitely would love to stay here again, thank you Steven. »

« De façon générale les installations (piscine et pourtour)sont propres, bien tenues et l’environnement tranquille. Toutefois, l’appartement aurait besoin d’une bonne rénovation. Également, une bonne partie des meubles comme le matelas, table, réfrigérateur et four devrons êtres changés. Nous avons eu une très bonne coopération des hôtes lors de demandes spécifiques (évier et serviettes). Nous avons adoré notre séjour pour y retourner. »

« My sister and I enjoyed our stay at the colony at Virginia Beach so much! Great beachfront location. Everything was clean and in working order. The mattress was wonderful. Two recliners in living room.Helpful, pleasant staff. This was our first visit to Virginia Beach, but now that we’ve discovered the Colony, we will probably return. We are +/- 80 years of age. Easy access. »
