« The hosts were very responsive and helpful. However we had a number of issues that could not be dealt with by chatting with the hosts. When we arrived our keycards were not working. This situation was envisioned in the check-in instructions which suggested us to go to the front desk and reload the cards. We were supposed to walk with the luggage and a baby to the front desk. « Contact with the owner was quick and easy. The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants. The place itself is very convenient, but parking is only available for hours when you check in and out, unlike a regular hotel: if you check in at 3:00 PM, you can park your car at 10:00 AM, and this very important detail isn't mentioned anywhere.
