« This listing is really relying on the location which is perfect for what we wanted. The neighborhood amenities were nice even though when we came many things were closed. The lake, dock, kayaks, and outdoor space was great. The house itself is extremely dated and has an odor throughout. « We enjoyed our stay very much. All host communications were timely, detailed and helpful. « Phil was great to work with. The place was clean and in the mountains. The beds were a little hard but manageable. There were plenty of extra linens and the rooms were spacious. The only thing is when you look at the pictures it looks like the amenities are close to the house but they are not. We used the pool and hot tub at the one location. « it wae a beautiful house and the rooms were clean. The floors are good if you are using slippers. definitely dont go around barefoot. it was a little musty in the 2 bedrooms in the lower level but not too bad. « We had a great week at the lake. The private dock was a plus. We did lots of hiking and kayaking. The cabin was just as described and was perfect for us and our small dog.
