« Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

« It was great. Everything we needed was provided, including dishes, dish soap, washer/dryer, and laundry detergent. Plenty of towels and blankets. We had a lovely stay. Excellent tv and internet. »

« The house was adorable on the inside and had everything we needed. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of some safety issues with the stairs. The steep stairs to the attic lack a handrail and the older members of our family didn't feel comfortable going up there. I was nervous about our 2 kids going up and down those stairs as well. « Very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, Very well stocked with some quaint touches. Near Dash Point Beach and Park. The only problem was the dryer not working, but we did not need it this trip. Would definitely book again if we were coming back to this area. The Host was a great communicator and we had no problems upon arrival or departure. »
