« Christina was an amazing host! She was accommodating, communicative, and welcoming to the needs of our group. The island, outdoor space, and cabin are GORGEOUS. The primary bedroom has stellar views of the Mississippi River. The other cabin bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, and the connected 'guest house' area is unique and fun. The open kitchen, and other gathering spaces make a perfect gathering space for hosting groups of any size. »

« Photos online look better than in person. Overall condition is ok but could use updates and improvement- and some minor upgrades in towels and linens would help. Complaints- The bedroom carpet was dirty and storm doors don’t lock. Positives- Location is convenient and parking was good. Hosts are obviously trying to provide a good experience for guests. »

Outdoor seating added to our ability to share meals - even if in two dining areas. « The place was quiet and generally clean, with a nice view of the Mississippi. However the shower floor was visibly dirty. The lack of curtains or blinds over the bedroom window, where a bright streetlight shone directly in, was not conducive to sleeping. Communication from the host was a bit spotty. This property was satisfactory but below what I usually experience through VRBO. »

« My wife and I had a quick overnight stay in this rustic off grid cabin. We brought our boxer dog and had a great time walking some trails and just relaxing. The cabin has a clean outhouse and and the cabin was stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. We planned a simple dinner that could be warmed up on the stove, which was pleasant. We will plan on a other stay in the near future for sure. »
