« Place was super cute! I loved all the thoughtful additions that made the stay really feel like home. The apartment was also really close to all the events I had to attend. Janell was super responsive, even with automated AI replies. My only complaint was noticing a smell on throw blankets and throw pillow covers, which was easily resolved by a quick load of laundry. Other than that, my stay was perfect and I would book again if I ever found myself in Tacoma again. »

« This property was the perfect fit for our week in Tacoma. The condo is very neat, tidy and comfortable. An absolutely amazing location that was minutes away from everything we set out to do, with plenty of dining options nearby. Our host was quick to answer any questions we had and was very attentive to anything we needed. We will cetainly keep this gem in our pocket for our next visit. »

« This is a pleasant and well-equipped apartment with a nice view in a beautiful area. Communication with the host was easy, and the host was very helpful. There are good restaurants along the shoreline within easy walking distance. One thing to be aware of: the property is on a busy street, and there are freight trains running along the shoreline -- at some distance but with noisy horn signals during the night. Alas, that's true for all properties in this part of town. »

« We stayed at this condo in Tacoma the week of Thanksgiving and just loved everything about it! Ron was the perfect host! From finding the property, to knowing exactly where to park, and gaining access to the condo. The condo was in a wonderful neighborhood and we enjoyed walking the sidewalks and enjoying the beautiful scenery of fall trees in the cool weather. « Condo was extremely well maintained and had all the ammenities that I needed to feel at home over a three week stay. Host was extremely responsive and caring! Great stay! »

« Had a nice time. Met the owner and he explained parking process. The kitchen was large and had plenty of dishes etc. Providing an apron would have been nice. Being located above and beside a couple of downtown bars wasn’t too bad. The noise level calmed down after midnight. The revving of cars was loud. I embarrassed it as an experience. »

« I have stayed here twice already and normally I don’t frequent the same place twice. Amazing home, clean, the host is kind and responsive. The area is nice and quiet but close to a lot of activities. When visiting tacoma or WA in general I highly recommend staying here. »
