« This property was the perfect fit for our week in Tacoma. The condo is very neat, tidy and comfortable. An absolutely amazing location that was minutes away from everything we set out to do, with plenty of dining options nearby. Our host was quick to answer any questions we had and was very attentive to anything we needed. We will cetainly keep this gem in our pocket for our next visit. »

The reservation and check-in process was easy and smooth and it was quite easy to communicate with the owners, e.g., when we asked for a late checkout (thank you for honoring our request!). « Had a nice time. Met the owner and he explained parking process. The kitchen was large and had plenty of dishes etc. Providing an apron would have been nice. Being located above and beside a couple of downtown bars wasn’t too bad. The noise level calmed down after midnight. The revving of cars was loud. I embarrassed it as an experience. »

« The Overlook does not disappoint. We stay here quite often to visit family in Washington. The condo is clean and comfortable. Certain items are provided including coffee, hair dryer, extra blankets and even q-tips. The area, although in the city, is very quiet. « Can't beat the location to base of Crystal for skiing. Easy 5 min walk to lifts. Typical 'Ski hotel' Enjoyed our stay and would return. »

« The condo was very enjoyable - comfortable, great location, and nice view. I didn’t get out as much as I wanted to because of the ‘atmospheric river’ of rain hitting the area but there were many things to do close by when I did go out and the condo was a cozy retreat. I would consider coming back another time, hopefully with better weather. »

« We stayed at this condo in Tacoma the week of Thanksgiving and just loved everything about it! Ron was the perfect host! From finding the property, to knowing exactly where to park, and gaining access to the condo.
