« The listing states unit has AC/heating, however the thermostat controls are not accessible. You had to message the host. Went out and came back after several hours and unit was warm and stuffy. Also, has to message host about linen for pullout sofa. When the linen was dropped off it did not include pillow/pillowcase. Also, for the extra cleaning fee, one would not expect to open the pull out and have crumbs, chips, and gummy bears fall out on the floor for us to clean up. Under the main bed...

« We had a great stay in this 1-bedroom upstairs unit. It had everything we needed for a comfortable short stay, and the location was very convenient—being close to the casino was definitely a plus. The owner was wonderful and made everything easy, which helped us feel comfortable and welcome. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy stay. »

« My family, all adults now, enjoyed how close entertainment and eating establishments were. Very quiet, clean neighborhood. Lots of very nice dog walkers for neighbors. The rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.We were all there for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great communication communications with the owners. »

« This place was disgustingly dirty. We did not check in and went to a hotel. If they do not refund our money we will be taking them to small claims court. There were gray stains on the carpet. There were stains on the sheets. They were used Band-Aids. It stuck to the window blinds. There was a mold, smell coming from the HVAC and the smell of urine soap floor in the bathroom as if the toilet seal had failed. »

« My stay here was excellent. I enjoyed the peace and quie, which made it a great place to work remotely. I appreciated having everything I needed... dishes and silverware, washingmachine, coffee and coffee pot. The neighborhood is beautiful and a wonderful place for morning walks. I would definitely reserve this unit again when I visit Durham. »
