« We stayed two nights. Unit has easy access to lake, restaurants, etc. Two bedrooms and two main spaces - the living area with huge couch and the kitchen. Unit was clean and the two Hobbit themed doors and fireplace were the main attraction/theme. Host was very responsive to communication. Need to use the Xbox controller to get the Hobbit dvd to play on the tv. »

« My husband and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend. It was perfect for the two of us and sizable enough for our friends who visited us while we were in town. It’s got a great view and the wildlife you see in the area is awesome! Only a small drive to town for store and restaurants. Only 2 minor problems, slow bathtub drain and the ceiling fan in downstairs room was knocking and swaying (but we found a fan upstairs) »

« This pet-friendly condo was nice and the host is amazing. My son and husband really liked the candy placed around for us to enjoy. I really liked the single packs of make-up remover in the cute jars to use. The area was beautiful and fun, we especially liked the dog park. The restaurants in the area were also very good. We will definitely be back. »

« Great little apartment, but have to say the bunk room was a little space of paradise! Great little nook for reading and relaxing for my elderly mother.She got around without the need of an elevator with ease.Would love to rent the entire building next time I come back with the whole family :) Awesome place and area...even with the tornado sirens and wild weather we had. »

« We had a great stay here as it's an excellent location, walkable distance to the main street/bathhouse row. The room was great. Only issue we had was the bed is quite high and it was a struggle for me (I'm 5'5) to get in and out of bed but fortunately my husband happened to have a step stool in his trunk so that helped! Other than that we had everything we needed in this room. »

« This was our first time to visit Hot Springs, Arkansas. This was the best location for an easy walk to bathhouse row and central avenue. It was the perfect size for two couples. King beds were comfy as well. We enjoyed the complimentary items (coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) as well. »
