« Greatly enjoyed our stay here for a week in February. The house was home base for us as we visited the three nearby National Wildlife Refuges. House was very clean and stocked with all essentials. Clear communications with the host added to the positive experience. Was third winter we have visited Albemarle/Pamlico peninsula to view wildlife. When we return, we will definitely try and book this lodging again. »

« Hubby and I celebrating our 35th anniversary. The location was private, quiet and mere feet from the water. The house was charming and exactly what we needed. We had fun exploring the Kitty Hawk and Virginia Beach area. The screen porch provided great protection from the insects while allowing the sounds of the water to lull you into relaxation. »

« Property presents as posted; it was exactly what we were expecting. Gorgeous view is a short walk over the hill. The neighbors and dogs were all very welcoming and friendly. Playing fetch with Axle was an unexpected highlight of the trip! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space and look forward to experiencing it during another season. »
