Chris helped us start a fire in the fireplace since we have never used one and there wasn’t any paper or kindling wood by the fireplace. Red Wing is a great place to visit to see fall colors and get apples. »

Owners were very upfront about recently taking over management, and were very communicative about improvements but wanted to be sure our needs and expectations were met. Alma is a cute little town, and we got exactly what we wanted: a quiet night away with nearby hiking trails. »

« My husband and I wanted a quiet get away and this space was perfect! Outside it was snowy and cold and inside was a cozy, warm space to relax and rest by the fire. Stockholm doesn’t have a lot of options in the month of January, so if you’re hoping to visit the bakery or places to eat, you’ll need to find a different month to visit. Looks like plenty to enjoy in warmer months! But, for us, it was a perfect quiet get away! »
