« Condo was clean. Parking was convenient. I had an issue with garage number 9 for 105 and code not the same as building and unit. but later found in under detail on the garage. There was a gas smell by the stove as previously noted by others. The towels were thick bath sheets and shampoo and conditioner were very nice. The bed is very squeeky like it may need a new frame. It was comfortable and the linens were nice. The furnace did have a rattle like the duct work needed to be cleaned. The views...

« Beautiful apartment right downtown with a decent veiw of the river. Neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, we will definitely rent here again for our next visit. »

« The unit was large and very clean, the view of Lake Pepin and the "Point" was excellent. Brought back a lot of memories. If you are going to Lake City this is the place to stay. »

« The condo was bright and airy and had amazing views of the lake. We had plenty of room for two people. It was so nice to have the lake walking trail just across the road plus a Dairy Queen nearby for treats. »

« The location was perfect for what we visited for. We were here to visit the wineries ( up and down the Mississippi) and local areas were our friends grew up. The only draw back were the stairs. As couples in our mid 60’s to mid 70’s the stairs up to the loft are a little bit of a challenge BUT we managed them just fine. »

« Great property in a central location. We were right on Lake Pepin and roof top had great views. Kitchen was well stocked with quality cooking utensils. Beds were super comfortable. Only issue was our large SUV couldn’t get in the garage due to the tight parking lot but really didn’t rent the place for a garage. Would definitely stay again! »
