« We booked this beautiful camp for our girls trip and had an amazing time! The host was super accommodating and responsive. Spent our days floating on the lake and relaxing in the lovely yard. « We love to support small farms when we travel and this was a convenient location in between our plans in Portland and Acadia. The cottage is at the top of the hill with panoramic views. We woke up to thick fog which blanketed the scenery in clouds and made for scenery which we don't often get to see. The cottage is brand new and very clean and comfortable. « Gwen and Andrew’s cabin was a perfect place to unwind and watch the beauty of the lake by morning, noon and night. It was very tidy, clean and very well thought out for the cozy space inside, with plenty of seating areas outside to move yourself with the sun throughout the day. They kindly offered use of their canoe to explore the peacefully quiet lake and fishing in the coves. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back again to rejuvenate in this peaceful place! »

The location is peaceful and beautiful, with easy access to the Schoodic Peninsula, which I highly recommend visiting. It’s also an easy drive to Bar Harbor and Ellsworth, making it a perfect spot for exploring the area, especially in the fall.
