« We loved our stay here! The cabin was clean and cozy and looked just like the photos. The hot tub was clean and ready to go. There is a nice yard and the road is quiet so our dog was off leash most of the week with no issues. The neighbors were so nice, multiple people stopped to talk to us when we were hanging out on the front porch. We didn’t hear back from the owner for about a week when we initially reached out (before the trip) but communication was quick and thorough every time after that....

« This cabin has a beautiful view. We enjoyed spending evenings on the deck watching the sunset. Their was also a nice view from the hot tub. The home was very inviting and decor was beautiful. Having two livingrooms was very nice. Our teenage daughters claimed the entire downstairs and spent a lot of time on the hammock chairs. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We come to Canaan every summer and usually stay in a different cabin each time. This was definitely one of our favorites! »

« All in all we had a great stay! Property was generally as pictured and described. Very comfortable beds, kid and pet friendly. We drove in through a snow storm but made it safe with an AWD vehicle and assistance from a plow truck that happened to be in the neighborhood. House is at bottom of a pretty steep incline and is on stilts on the side of the mountain. More pictures would be helpful to renters. »

« This was a cute little cabin in the woods, and, for the most part, suited our needs well. One item to mention....the listing says that the cabin has air conditioning. It does, except the 2 downstairs bedrooms do not, so they got quite hot in the middle of July. It was a nice stay apart from that. Thanks! »

« Overall this property is absolutely incredible. Super spacious for a large group, the design is very well thought out and the kitchenware and such is all high quality making it a luxurious experience. The views are stunning as well and it was great to be able to walk down to the golf course and walk around. »
