« We were so impressed with this lovely cabin! Communication with the hosts was wonderful. They answered all our questions and provided all information thoroughly and promptly. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved relaxing by the fire pit and in the hot tub, and listening to birds on the balcony in the mornings. Location was close to so many great things to do. Thanks for a great weekend getaway! »

The owners maintain the historic beauty of the property while making it comfortable, accessible and cozy. The property’s history is fascinating and the location is convenient to hiking and downtown amenities. The owners even stayed late to ensure my partner and I got checked in safely. « I gave 4 out of 5 only bc we thought by the picture of Seneca Rocks that we would be able to see it from the cabin and that's not possible. The cabin was amazing. We were in cabin 4 and it was exactly as advertised. There is no soap mentioned and although there was hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner there was no body wash and the shampoo was almost gone probably bc guests before us washed their bodies like we did. The cabin was basically soundproof as we heard nothing but birds...

« We wanted to get away from the heat and we found a great spot for that at Glady Hideaway. Totally shaded and much cooler than out in the sun. We also like to get away from hustle and bustle when we vacation. Glady Hideaway is perfect for that. Small town Elkins nearby had everything we needed: grocery store, gas station, brewery (Big Timber Brewing $5 draft beer!), and coffee shop (Tip Top).
