« We were in the area for family weekend at OSU but due to overcrowding in Stillwater had no choice but to stay in Guthrie. We were very pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and charm of this little town. The apartment is in an excellent downtown location, there are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the property owner and neighbors were extremely hospitable. The apartment is located above an art gallery and is a well kept, older residence (beware the stairs for anyone...

« It was nice. Just needed a place to sleep after fishing. It worked for our needs. The restaurant next door not so accommodating. Tried to order food and couldnt due to over busy also their customers they did serve blocked the drive to our room but all good for the stay and what we paid for. Thanks to the host we appreciated the quiet stau. »

« Very cute and charming. Well appointed. Had a minor issue entering property first time. Host immediately responded and took care of it. Very nice. Close to campus but quiet. Wish we would have found this property when our child first came to OSU. We would definitely have been repeat customers. Thank you for the nice place to stay »

« This property is not but a couple blocks from OSU. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a lively little apartment and it looks exactly like it does in the all pictures. I would definitely stay there again. »
