« This house is at the top of my list for rentals in Corolla. The house was very clean and so well equipped. The pool area was a great end to a day on the 4 wheel drive beach and had plenty of room in the common spaces. I would definitely stay here again. »

Overall good just needs some updates, the yard is not suitable to use, and the driveway is steep we were lucky we had all 3 large suvs. One of the ac units struggled in the lower levels. »

« We had a great time at this house and it's mostly remodeled. Kitchen is new. Main floor bath needs some updating but overall very nice property. Its located 2 blocks from the beach. There are no beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc), so be prepared to buy or rent if you need those for your stay.For management: the guests before us didnt take their trash out so we had to deal with the smell until our pick up date. « Robin is terrific to work with, very responsive and helpful. She took care of some special needs for us and answered accurately and timely all our questions. The house is roomy, the pool and hot tub are great and the golf cart to use to go to the beach was extremely helpful. »

« This is a great location! You just go over the dunes and you are right on the beach. It’s about as close as you can get. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching and listening to the waves. Loved having the gate on the deck so our dog could hang out there with us. House was clean and as described. « Very clean, updated and well supplied kitchen, plenty of furniture, games, and nice A/C, great host, and easy to access everything. If you like a soft bed like me, the twin beds were on the hard side, but nothing a piece of memory foam can cure.
