« We had a great time at this house and it's mostly remodeled. Kitchen is new. Main floor bath needs some updating but overall very nice property. Its located 2 blocks from the beach. There are no beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc), so be prepared to buy or rent if you need those for your stay.For management: the guests before us didnt take their trash out so we had to deal with the smell until our pick up date. Also, one of the pool drain covers is broken and you can cut yourself...

« I will start by saying that the view to the lake beautiful, especially from the third floor. There are many turtles in the lake and it’s a nice walk to enjoy. Upon arriving the first day, the 3rd floor was 88 degrees and there was no air circulating. I did contact the homeowner and she responded quickly and called the HVAC company who unfortunately did not arrive until Tuesday morning so we had to spend 3 whole days in sweating heat. « We really loved the size and location of Casa Bella. It was close to the beach and shops in Duck. Unfortunately, the house was in need of a thorough cleaning. It lacked even the most basic of materials. No mop or broom for the outside areas. Keeping the floors clean was a battle. Many of the remotes to the TVs didn’t work or were missing.
