« House was wonderful! We had a great week. »

« Great location. Loved having morning coffee on the deck watching the magnificent sunrise. The ocean abound with wildlife; dolphins, osprey, gulls etc. Place was great for family with everyone able to have a private room and bath! Views were great from the living room. House was comfortable with all the necessities. Loved gazing at the stars from the hot tub. Management team was quick and responsive to inquiries. Check in and out was easy. »

« We had a great time at this house and it's mostly remodeled. Kitchen is new. Main floor bath needs some updating but overall very nice property. Its located 2 blocks from the beach. There are no beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc), so be prepared to buy or rent if you need those for your stay.For management: the guests before us didnt take their trash out so we had to deal with the smell until our pick up date. Also, one of the pool drain covers is broken and you can cut yourself...

« We found a lot to love about Herbst Cottage! While the layout is a little unconventional (the huge master bedroom is the only direct route in and out of the house to the back decks and pool), the spaces were big enough for 10 people, and the places we were most interested in, which were the kitchen, backyard/pool, and beach access, were really great. Well equipped with the exception of broken dishwashers (both indoor and tiki bar were broken most of the week) and a leaking ice machine. Response...

« Point of Views was such a delight!! We stayed with 3 other couples- all of us have 2 kids ages 4 and under- and the space very nicely accommodated the 16 of us. The sunset & sunrise views were such a treat, not to mention being able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the top deck. Short list of favorite things- the porch swings and hammock on the second deck level, the pool being able to handle the kids & adults without feeling crammed, walk to beach was less than 3 minutes.
