« This house has a beautiful view and plenty of room for all of our family. We enjoyed both staying on the sound and the short drive to the beach. There was plenty to do for our family. Ginger was one of the most communicative hosts I’ve ever dealt with. I would definitely book this House again! »

« We had a great time at this house, the location was perfect for our needs (e.g., short walk to an excellent beach); the features of the house were great (able to cook meals and dine on the screened in porch); nice quiet spot and only a short drive or bike ride to Duck proper for dinner or ice cream or walking the boardwalk. Fun taking the bike trails north to explore as well. »

« Over all was ok, but what was bad was really bad (in my opinion). The fact that there was no washer and dryer when the photos and amenities said there was. I’m not real picky but I wouldn’t have rented it if I knew there wasn’t any. The host did not offer to compensate for that omission. I didn’t ask but it would have been thoughtful. »

« Great view from the deck and upper level. We watched dolphins, osprey and rabbits daily and the Sanderling property is just beautiful. The host was very responsive if we had questions. The house is an update in progress just as the description says but it’s comfortable and clean and in a great location. »
