« This was an outstanding condo in every way, perfectly clean, nicely decorated and had everything to make your stay perfect. The beds were comfortable, showers were great and the pool was clean as well as all the property area. We enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the beach and discovered a beautiful nature trail along the sound which was right across the street. Restaurants and shopping were nearby. « The property was clean and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. It has great views from the balcony with high top deck furniture that does not obstruct the view. Rick was quick to respond to questions and provided detailed information that was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended the property to friends planning to stay in Duck. »

« Loved the view!!! Got a couple workouts in on the deck while the sun was coming up which was awesome. Room was perfect for the two of us. If our kids were younger and in toe Im sure they would have loved the bunks. Also loved the wildlife. Saw a lot of deer on the property, we saw the black cat and heard he "runs" the place. « We had a great week! We rate the overall experience Excellent as far as communication, check-in and location (can't beat steps away from the beach with an ocean view!). When we walked in, it was noticeable that the cleaning crew rushed through, leaving some sand on the floor and crumbs on the table and counters. Nothing we couldn't wipe up quickly. Like I said, overall, we had a great time and the property was perfect for our family stay. »

"Our unit was very clean. The unit was well furnished, excellent amenities. Outdoor needs renos. There are stairs, you may need to carry your luggage upstairs. The area is mostly quiet, but... Suites have a communicating door that let the sounds (voices and tv) go through easily. Maintenance starts making noise before 8AM every morning and nobody seems to care; I've talk to people at the desk and the answer I got meant "it is what it is, it won't change, we don't care" "
