« The home met our expectations, spacious, quiet neighborhood, our pups enjoyed the spacious fenced in backyard. Also within walking distance to the beach and to downtown Seaside. Great water pressure for the shower was plus as well. »

« We have nothing bad to say about our stay here. They thought of everything...not a detail was left out. It was the most comfortable, cozy place to stay. There was enough room for all of us and the kids loved the ping pong. Communication was perfect and pricing was too. « Property was exactly as described. It was great to have eight adults. Stay there without feeling like you were tripping over each other. The hot tub was really nice. »

« So nice to stay in a place that had 2 queen beds and one king bed. My niece said the hide-a-bed was as comfortable as her bed at home. When we closed the French doors to the master bedroom, it blocked out most of the nose from the living room. »

« Great little house offering so much to do. Beds were comfortable. Foosball ended up being a hit. The bicycles were a little rickety but served their purpose. So close to the beach and such a lovely section of beach it is. The response was prompt when we had questions. The bicycle shed was very difficult to open and almost impossible to close. Overall greatly contributed to the success of the trip. »

« This is a cute, well appointed house in a good location for exploring the coast. There are nice restaurants nearby with great seafood selections. Unfortunately, the walkable water front access is currently not available due to erosion from a bad storm and development along the shore. Hopefully access will open up in the future. »

« The property was super clean and well tended. The outdoor deck was large and so nice for having a group BBQ. The hot tub and fire pit looked great. During our short 2 night stay, it was stormy, cool, windy and limited our use of those amenities. We did make a hike to the estuary beach, which is very close and found it would be wonderful for sandcastle making. The ocean beach was a slightly longer (but not long) walk. It was huge, gorgeous and due to the weather, deserted except for some...

« We liked the firepit and the pond. The cottage is cute and well- stocked. It was not cleaned well after the last guest. We found food in two different areas. The carpets had not been vacuumed. We couldn't find kitchen towels and the tvs were difficult to use. »
