At first glance, the room “looked” nice, but the beds were hard/uncomfortable, the bathroom smelled like urine (guessing a past guest locked their dog up in the bathroom), the floors were filthy-dirty, the shower water barely dribbled out, and the Keurig coffee maker didn’t get the water hot. « It was a good place for a night stay. I don’t think I would stay longer than that due to the shower though. The shower head is on the ceiling and just really uncomfortable to be in. That’s the only thing we had an issue with. The bed could use some fixing due to in being on a board it slides. Could be a problem for someone else. Thank you for the stay! »

« Lack of timely communication on the part of staff. They didn’t respond to text messages until we were an hour away from checking out and even then did not have an answer to any of my questions. The unit had a very dirty floor (we had to keep our shoes on at all times), and they left a nasty, dirty broom near the couch. Dust everywhere, on ledges, baseboards, lightbulbs. Toilet was dirty. « We showed up and the room was not ready or cleaned. It looked like someone had just left. We reached out over and over to the staff and they kept making promises they did not keep. I was even hung up on. Overall this was the worst experience of my life with this type of stay, which was not cool seeing as the entire Holiday weekend stay was setup as a surprise/gift for my wife’s birthday! Surprise honey we get to stay in a dirty room and get treated like we are the problem with horrible customer...

« It's excellent resort with outdoor pool and hot tub in the patio. The rooms are actually condos with full scale kitchen with equipment and all stuff, required for the cooking. Gas fireplace, bedrooms and bathrooms. Access to the beach for the people and cars; nice trails. Lighthouses and other landmarks just 15-20 minutes driving. The best for retreat with family. »
