« I could live there. The screened in porch was where I spent most of my time watching the creek flow by. The geese visited every day, also a young racoon, bunny, a mink, two fawn made appearances and a turtle strolled lazily by one afternoon on his way back to the creek. We hiked at Ricketts Glen State Park and saw many amazing waterfalls! We even got to see a black bear! This cabin was perfect for our family of four! « We stayed in a cabin so my comments only apply to our experience there., The property is very pretty, there is a pond or two, a shuffleboard course, a mini golf course and a playground or two. There was a pool but it was closed when we were there (late Sept). The two small issues that I would bring up are 1) the showers seem to be either completely hot or cold but nothing in between and 2) mattresses in the cabins are a bit stiff. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. »

« The cabin was cozy and secluded - a great way to spend our anniversary! The weather wasn't great, but we were only 15 minutes from our favorite antique mall, and we spent the time at the cabin watching old movies on VCR, reading, and just relaxing on the porch.
