« From what we were told, we were the second guests to stay at this property, so there were a few bumps at the start. The house wasn’t fully clean upon arrival, but after some persistence the owner sent the cleaner back. That delayed our check-in, but it was taken care of. A few essentials were also missing, and once notified, the owner responded quickly and resolved everything so we could enjoy our stay.Parking can be tricky. The long driveway is shared with another unit, so if someone pulls in...

« Stayed for two weeks. Walking distance to grocery, restaurants, shopping, and post office. It fit the needs of our group! »

« We were in town to watch our daughter run the marathon. This house easily accommodated our group of 10 adults and 5 children ages 1-6. The house was very comfortable and had room inside and outside for the kids to spread out and play. Kishore quickly responded whenever we had a question. I gave it a "4" on the accuracy of the listing because there was a swing set pictured in the listing that was not there. It is within walking distance to the commuter train that we used all weekend to get into...

« Beautiful comfortable New England home in the coastal community of Cohasset. We stayed here for 3 amazing nights in August 2025. Ann-Marie and Michael were perfect hosts. We had easy contact with them at any time and they were able to answer all of my questions. The home is just as described if not better! Plenty of room, very comfortable beds, bathrooms were updated and clean , fully stocked kitchen, within walking distance to the water ( beaches required some driving) and about .5-1 mile walk...

« We stayed there as a family for the long Easter weekend, to follow and cheer our son who was running in the Boston Marathon. The location was perfect, less than 30 minutes from Boston Common by car or transit. The house was beautiful, with all the necessary amenities, and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Susan was very quick to respond to all queries. A must stay. »
