« In this day and age when corporations/management companies buy up residences and manage them from afar, it's a breath of fresh air to have hosts who are right on site, offering real human interaction, that for me, helps make the stay a much more comfortable experience. Jenn and Dan were very attentive to my needs and also had suggestions for a place to walk to refresh my travel weary body. I enjoyed the tidy, well arranged apt. »

« This one-bedroom attic apartment is cute and efficient. It was sufficient for my needs. Due to the age of the original home that houses four (4) residential units, it is a little loud in its mechanics, structure, and location. The people were friendly and helpful. It is closely located to the Crown Point Square which offers multiple shopping and gastro-pub options within the Historic Downtown area. The property manager was pleasant enough and prompt in his communications. »

« This free standing studio apartment is tucked into a neighborhood. While the homes around it need some TLC, this unit is perfect. Very comfortable, full kitchen, fast internet. The owner/host provided great communication upon check in and checkout. Parking is right in front of the door. It is secure and well lit. This is a great unit for one or two people. There isn’t much space or seating for more. »

« This place was just about what I expected with a few shortcomings. Communication with the host and the check in process were flawless and check out expectations were clearly communicated. However there was an issue with a endlessly squeaky ceiling fan that we couldn’t turn off, there were no paper towels in the kitchen and none of the little touches that I usually find so welcoming, like coffee for the coffee maker. Proximity to Purdue University was good and that is what we were there for,...

« Nice place to stay , just to note , this is a 4 unit set up , this space is on a lower level which is convenient , except for the neighbors above pouncing on the floor at 4 a.m. we heard every footsteps . The space itself was nice with everything you needed . The owners were kind enough to put an extra chair and t.v. Trays which was appreciated. For 2 , we were very comfortable and content . We would both recommend the space . Easy check in and out ! »
