« We had a great stay at Point Cottage. It was a perfect haven for my husband and me and our dogs. It’s in an adorable and quiet neighborhood less than a mile walk north of downtown, so quite convenient. The large fenced in backyard was clutch. The house is cozy and true to New England style. Our host Kathy was super accommodating and responsive. Can’t wait to stay here again! »

« Me and my friends stayed here for a girls weekend away! We absolutely loved this property and couldn’t recommend it enough. Chandler was an excellent host who was very helpful, easy to reach, and enthusiastic. The location was perfect, just a ten minute drive to town and to the Mansions. « Another wonderful stay! You cannot beat the location of this home, we absolutely love it. Having the ocean steps outside the back of the house and our own beach is priceless.
