« This cottage is so cute, across the street from the ferry landing and the general store, and has the best front porch ever. The owners also put time into honoring the history of the home and the island. « Joan’s cottage was perfect for our recent trip to Newport RI. Very clean cozy place with kitchen and private bathroom. Shower has great water pressure and beds and couch very comfortable. Joan provided water for us as well as clean towels and made check in very easy. Location is very quiet and close to Easton Beach.
