« We stayed here for a family wedding in Newport. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and it got very hot in the property. The owner was responsive and able to fix the issue very quickly. My only other complaint was that the listing doesn’t indicate that the house has a pack n play and other baby supplies on site, so we ended up bringing all of our own, even though they did actually have baby gear at the house. Would have saved us time and energy if we knew ahead of time! »

« We had a great time in Newport despite having bad weather. The lucky thing is the house was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed. Steve was an excellent host and made sure everything was working and checked in during the day just to make sure we were OK to see if we needed anything.I really like the location, which was actually in Jamestown and not Newport. Close enough to quickly drive over and go to Newport to do the mansions and to eat, but in a cute area with a really cute café...

« We were a group of 5 with ages 18 months to 70 and there was plenty of space. Communication with Greg and Gina was alway quick and easy. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed including infant supplies, a pack and play and a high chair. Greg lives nearby so if there are any concerns he’s available quickly. The neighborhood is lovely and easy walking to the beach. Our dog loved going on walks to check out all the bunnies and deer. Over all we had an amazing time and would recommend...

« This cottage is so cute, across the street from the ferry landing and the general store, and has the best front porch ever. The owners also put time into honoring the history of the home and the island.
