« Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return...

« The cottages were well maintained and quaint in appearance and location. We had to work remotely for a few days which was challenging when meetings occurred simultaneously for my husband and I because there is only setting downstairs (just bed upstairs). It would be nice to know if you have a parking spot in front of your cottage or not when booking. Our cottage required us to park and walk to the cottage which was not a big deal but would have been nice to know when booking for planning...

« The furniture was very minimal and not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but missing things like potato peelers etc. The house is on a main road so can be very noisy. Our first encounter was that the door codes did not work. We called several numbers to get the property manager who accused us of breaking into the home. Some serious miscommunications between the local and national companies. »

« I needed to book a place for my family to stay when I had them over for Thanksgiving dinner. The 50s cottage was clean and adorable. Comfortable as well. We did have a hard time figuring out the door code system. (It may have been us old folks) Other than that everything was great! »

« The house is pristine clean. The kitchen and bathroom are nice and updated. The host Kathy was very responsive. Bedrooms are small but there are 3 bedrooms so plenty of space for a family of 5. Nice location - very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to Matunuck beach, the market, ice cream. Perfect for a beach getaway. »

« We loved our stay at the coastal cottage! Quiet yet close to many sights and activities, as long as you have a car. The cottage was nicely decorated, comfortable, well equipped, and super clean. Our hosts were extremely responsive and pleasant. We hope to return again next year! »

« Our final weekend of summer was spent at this little gem of a cottage. The house was lovely, cozy and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. We would go back in a heartbeat! »
