« We had a great time in Newport despite having bad weather. The lucky thing is the house was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed. Steve was an excellent host and made sure everything was working and checked in during the day just to make sure we were OK to see if we needed anything.I really like the location, which was actually in Jamestown and not Newport. Close enough to quickly drive over and go to Newport to do the mansions and to eat, but in a cute area with a really cute café...

« This cottage is so cute, across the street from the ferry landing and the general store, and has the best front porch ever. The owners also put time into honoring the history of the home and the island. « If you are looking for peace and quiet in your travels this is the spot. It's a lovely little place off the beaten path. It's clean and extremely comfortable surrounded by beautiful scenery. It's not far from anything. The owners are a lovely couple that live on the property but you never know that they are there. Definitely the first place I will look if I come back to town. »

« What a lovely weekend! We were in town for Parents’ Weekend at URI and this delightful home was just what we needed. A quick drive to campus, dinner in Narragansett and even quicker drive to bagels, sandwiches, coffee, and a lovely little grocery.
