« The house was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of neccessities including toilet paper. Bedding, etc. The only slight issue was the heat in the bedrooms and bathrooms didnt seem to work. The upstairs hallway was comfortable but mornings were brisk in the bedrooms and bathrooms. »

« This cottage serve our purpose by providing 3 bedroomd. Our CG cadets enjoyed fixing a dinner in the kitchen and playing the guitars. The location offered a safe environment and we we're only about 25 minutes from the Coast Guard Academy. However, if you wanted to increase rentals then the owner might consider these additional improvement. 1) Remove the couch and chair from the living room and replace it with the couch and chair in the back room. 2) Scrape the bathroom ceiling and paint it.3)...

« The door handle on the storm door was broken. The refrigerator was not on when we got there so we had to wait until it got cold. And it beeped all the time. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay. Very close to downtown we liked that. Thank you so much for a nice trip. »

« Clean and cozy, we had a great time here. Fenced in yard was a plus for our 4 year old to run around. Windows upstairs could be updated to reduce road noise but we got by with white noise on the tv »

It wasn’t until I confirmed the reservation and received the photo of the house that I realized it was at the address listed not the lighthouse! « Location was great and we loved being in the heart of things. We had everything we needed. It was the perfect place for a meetup with friends. It was cluttered with so many chairs. It’s old and needs some work but it did not detract from our stay. We loved the outdoor seating area with a view of the water; however the blinds and sliding glass door were difficult to open/close. « This was such a fun place for our staycation! The game room was great, and the hot tub was perfect in the cold winter evenings. Everything was very clean and well organized. The host was professional, prompt with messaging, and easy to communicate with. My nine year old is already asking when we can come back! »
