« The home itself was very nice and quite clean, but the central AC failed on our second night. While the first night without it was manageable with open windows, the next day was a struggle due to weekend repair delays. To the host's credit, she communicated well and bought three window units, which I offered to install, to cool the house for our final two nights. It was a stressful hiccup, but the host did her best to make it right and immediately issued a partial refund for the inconvenience." »
