« I dont have a single bad thing to say about our stay. Out hosts were awesome. They are very easy to contact if needed and very helpful when contacted. The cleanliness of the place was great. They have a cabinet full of board games and cards. The seating on the back porch is plenty for the whole family to enjoy. The couches and the beds were super comfy! The towels were soft and fluffly. The access to the beach was super easy and thats saying a lot because we hauled 2 fishing carts down to the...

« I was looking for a place that was cost effective and convenient for my niece's wedding. Her wedding was held at 128 South. We were about a 3 minute drive. The area is quiet, you hear the crickets at night kind of quiet.Appliances were clean and ready to use. Although I did not use it, the coffeemaker was clean and ready for use. K-cups are there ready for use.The beds were comfortable.Would I request the place again if I returned to Wilmington ... absolutely! »

« The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. The hosts (Ada and Curt) were very attentive. The property manager (Ray) is a nice guy and very accommodating. The house is in a good central location. Check-in/out process smooth. Good pointers in video and booklet. »

« Our host, Sarah, was excellent and always available to answer questions. The location of the home is close to the water and downtown Wilmington. All necessities were available to make the stay great. We would definitely stay there again! »

« The condo was very clean and very well kept. The air conditioner wasn't working properly and within an hour of calling Bryant real estate, a technician came and it was fixed. »

« The property was 10/10 with regard to all I could want. Expertly decorating, walkable location, beachfront and cleanliness. I’ve stayed at many many locations throughout the Topsail and Wilmington beaches and I must say this one is my favorite by far. I will return again and again! »

« It was a great stay! Very helpful communication with the property owner. Great location on the beach. Clean and cute inside. Make sure you go get Britt’s Donuts over by the boardwalk! »

« Great place to stay! The house was beautiful with lots of space and great rooms for sleeping. The pool and hot tub were so much fun. Easy walk to the beach and lots of places to eat shop within walking distance. And the long driveway was perfect for our boat. »
