« The perfect location. Not far from flint ridge and Nether's Farm which was the sole purpose for our stay. Also not far from the charming town of Coshockton. The apartment is just as described. Very charming. My favorite about it is the vintage doors. I would stay here again »

« Host was very responsive and addressed the tinny issue we had as fast as possible during a level 2 snow emergency. Location was perfect for our family's needs so I couldn't ask for more. I enjoyed the extra firm bed which for me was perfect. »

« Daria is the best hostess EVER! Our apartment was beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. Its a lot roomier than the photos depict. Loved the sunroom with the rocking chairs. Nestled in a wooded area, lots of deer and wildlife to watch. »

« Cozy (tiny) as advertised, but not clean. Couch in living room was missing an arm rest, stained, and had lots of crumbs, dirt, etc. in crevices. Appliances were in good condition, with coffee and creamer available. Suggest rearranging bedroom to accommodate nightstands and possibly upgrade lumpy mattress. »
