« Property interior was clean, neither bathroom was vented, 1st floor bath had shower stall very worn through, 2nd floor bath had door misaligned and would not close. Stairs to the 2nd floor could be a challenge for older guests. Moderate street noise both nights with traffic, car stereos, etc. Arrived to fine 1/3rd of a roll of toilet paper in the whole house. »

« This house was large enough for our group and provided a great place to stay for the duration of our time in Davenport. We arrived when it was dark and it was a little tricky to get into the house. There were no checkout instructions and that was a little confusing. If you are looking for a large house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, this is it. The kitchen was well equipped and we were glad to be able to cook most of our meals there. Cleanliness left a little to be desired and we did...

« Great location, cute retro-decorated ranch with spacious upstairs and additional space in finished basement. A well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of plush towels. Clear and timely instructions for access, etc Would stay here again! »
