« The place was very clean. The communication with the owner was prompt when messages sent. The location is great for the RicerCenter or anything downtown. Recommendations - More Linens - there were no hand towels. One wash rag per person for the whole week. One towel per person. « It was a wonderful delight staying in this beautifully secluded space. The hosts were attentive, accommodating and extremely nice. We had everything we needed and then some to enjoy our family holiday. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. »

Heating was locked so we froze the entire weekend and it was so incredibly loud everytime the furnace kicked on. Sleep was horrible. I was so ready to leave! No where to hang clothes. No closet. « What a gorgeous, spacious penthouse loft in the middle of all the cool downtown spots in Davenport! Tim was an excellent host--answering my questions and always accessible but never intrusive. The bedding was super soft, thick and cozy, a really nice touch! I would definitely come back again, and will recommend this to friends and family who come to the Quad Cities to visit. »
