« My wife and I loved this condo inside and out. We could have easily had 2 to 4 more people with us, but it looked so lovely and reasonably priced that we couldn't resist. And it exceeded our expectations. The owners are available on a moment's notice, the rooms are perfect sizes, the private garage is excellent for two cars (or, in our case, one car and two bicycles), and the private rooftop with a grill makes for perfect evenings (or days, had the Midwest not been in the midst of a heat...

« We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandkids all slept camp out style in the family room in the basement. Beautiful home! Very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants. The only thing i would bring up is the ants in the back yard and front of the house. »

« Family stayed for a baseball tournament at the TBK Sports Complex. It was literally a 4 minute, easy drive to the complex. It's close or a short drive to a lot of restaurants, stores, and attractions. The property was clean, and loved that we could park in the garage!! Be sure to bring your shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for extended stays as there are smaller bottles provided. If you want to spend time on the patio, be sure to bring seating. « The condo was a perfect size for our family while visiting Davenport. The kitchen and dining room made a great place for us to cook in and not have to eat every meal out. The interior and exterior was well kept and tidy. We enjoyed the smart TV and used the washer and dryer. The bonus half bath in the main bathroom was a bonus. The location is just minutes away from anything we needed. The condo was also quiet all throughout the day and night. »

« We had a great stay here! The room was clean and spacious, perfect for one night. Breakfast in the morning was good. Only issue we ran into was the confirmation I had was different to the front desk so my parents couldn’t check in without me. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience »

« I needed a place to stay while visiting for work in Davenport. The apartment was very clean and check in process was smooth. It was a bit farther from downtown than I expected but close enough to the freeway that it wasn’t an issue. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions and concerns setting my mind at ease.
