Hedgesville itself doesn’t have a lot going on - a few independent restaurants & shops, a Martin’s grocery store. If you’re looking for Walmart or chain restaurants, there are plenty in nearby Martinsburg. This visit for us, though, was all about staying in and enjoying the woods around us. « Couldn't have asked for a better experience! The hospitality, the accomodations, the cleanliness, all in a place that one can ground themselves. Take a nice little hike, look at the night sky the way it should be seen then curl up in a nice little cabin with all the amenities. »
