« Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it. »

« Great property! Condo has everything you need, layout is great, TV and internet are easy to navigate, covered porch was awesome for morning coffee and the lake was right there. Location is perfect and close to several golf and dining options as well as the Ritz. Check in/check out was a breeze.I highly recommend staying here if you’re wanting a great Lake Oconee getaway. »

The townhome had been completely redone just as pictured and described and was very well appointed and very clean and comfortable. « As stated elsewhere, this is a fantastic rental. Lisa made everything incredibly easy allowing us to just enjoy the lake. Couldn't have been better. »

« Maybe our 4th stay in this rental, and it’s been perfect every time. Hosts have even helped me track down and retrieve things my family always manages to leave behind. Cannot beat the location, views, and convenience of everything they provide in this well equipped unit. »

« This was the second time staying at College Town. It is a great location and very convenient to downtown and stadium. A short Uber ride!! Also super convenient to Publix (for groceries) and Dunkin Donuts (for breakfast and coffee). The unit was very neat and clean. We stayed on a football weekend and the only drawback was loud music playing next door the night of the game. It was really loud from 1:30-3:00 am. But I expect that in a college town on game day. We really like this unit and...

« I drove with my son from CT to GA for his senior year at UGA. We have stayed at many places in Athens the past several years, and this was BY FAR the best location! I did not need a car because the apartment was right in the center of the action. I am looking forward to bringing my husband next time! »
