« This was the perfect place to stay with our kids, their spouses and grandkids. We were entitled for a family birthday celebration and found the property to be the perfect amount of space for us to spread out yet be together. We were in the pool constantly as well as the hot tub and enjoyed cooking and grilling and being together. »

« It was a comfortable stay for 2 people. It is super quiet! Only issue is the parking. Only one spot for 2 units. One night we had to park on the street and walk in the dark to get to the back of the house (lights were on the steps) other than the parking (I use a cane) it was a nice retreat instead of the bustle of a hotel. »

« Location and house were as advertised on the site. The location is fantastic as it is a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the main street in Southern Pines. It is less than 5 minutes driving to Southern Pines Golf Club and 10-15 minutes to Pinehurst. There were a couple of issues with the property (clogged drain, light bulbs out, outdated refrigerator water filter) when we arrived, but the host was fantastic, as he jumped right on the issues the next morning and had most items corrected...
