« We enjoyed being right downtown and able to dine & shop without retrieving our car to go places. The space was clean. We had everything we needed. I appreciated having coffee to get us started as we arrived late. The bathroom was great and met a woman's needs. Mirrors, blow dryer and nice vanity. We would stay again. »

« Jeff and Renee's place was wonderful. Everything from the amenities, space, accommodations, views from his deck, and proximity to Mesa Verde Park were great. Jeff was super helpful and always reachable by phone, although we did see him from time to time on his property, which was comforting. We highly recommend his vacation property when you are planning a trip to the park and the surrounding areas. »

« Overall I absolutely loved my vaction rental. The amenities are 5 stars, the view was extremely relaxing, the kitchen was luxurious, and the projector was a nice fancy touch. Me and my daughter loved the place. I would highly recommend to anyone looki g to stay in the area we stayed and went to the Polar express train ride about 30 minutes away in town. That was a once in a lifetime experience aswell. Personally the bed was more comfortable sleeping on top of the comfortor with our own blanket. »

« Do not let the description fool you. It’s way worse than what the 3.4/10 rating implies. The description on the site is about 40% accurate. This is not your typical apartment rental. When they say “owner may be on premises” they actually mean, “owner lives above the apartment”. Which wasn’t the biggest issue. There is NO TV, NO Laptop work area because there is no internet. Also the cell service is spotty at best, and cut off about a half mile away from the property. So if something went...
