« George has created such a cozy and inviting space. It is tucked away and private with a lovely outside space to enjoy, but it is still close to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown. The grocery store and Walgreens are also an easy walk. There is so much to enjoy in Durango. This studio is such a great retreat. I look forward to coming back! »

« The parking was easy from the time we arrived and a short distance to unload all of the travel stuff we brought with us. We had the code to our door that was a nice digital lock so no messing with keys to pick up or turn in. We were blown away when we walked in. The place was so nice, modern and spotless. Very warm and welcoming. We had everything we needed from appliances, cookware, linen, washer/dryer... The drive to town was just over 5 minutes or so even when it snowed and we drove slower....

« Great location and it had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, fans around the apartment for air flow, great outdoor space. The only thing I could say is that you may hear a little noise from upstairs, if you’re a really light sleeper it might bother you a bit. We would absolutely stay here again! »

« Overall I absolutely loved my vaction rental. The amenities are 5 stars, the view was extremely relaxing, the kitchen was luxurious, and the projector was a nice fancy touch. Me and my daughter loved the place. I would highly recommend to anyone looki g to stay in the area we stayed and went to the Polar express train ride about 30 minutes away in town. That was a once in a lifetime experience aswell. Personally the bed was more comfortable sleeping on top of the comfortor with our own blanket. »

« Very nice, spacious, had all the typical provisions of a condo: dishes, towels, etc. Could use my own streaming logins on smart TV (don't forget to logout when leaving). Nice views of mountains. Easy check-in and parking. This was my first Vrbo so I probably asked some dumb questions, but owner was very helpful.I didn't notice in the ad (my fault) that it is a climb up stairs (no elevator), and at 8500 ft elevation, was quite winded at first, and hard on older knees. « Do not let the description fool you. It’s way worse than what the 3.4/10 rating implies. The description on the site is about 40% accurate. This is not your typical apartment rental. When they say “owner may be on premises” they actually mean, “owner lives above the apartment”. Which wasn’t the biggest issue. There is NO TV, NO Laptop work area because there is no internet. Also the cell service is spotty at best, and cut off about a half mile away from the property. So if something went...
