« The separate unit was clean, up-to-date furnished, quiet, comfortable, and suitable for meal preparation with an uncrowded parking space. It is on a main street that goes straight to the downtown area and nearby local restaurants or turns to streets for nice older neighborhoods. Easy walks along sidewalks (30 to 60 mins) to the parade routes during the day and evening and always felt safe. Greatly appreciated the place and location. »

« I did NOT stay at this Mid-Town loft because a last-minute water problem caused by the city. Instead, I agreed to stay at 10 North Hallett Street which the host had available. He was very helpful in letting me check-in early at 11am. However, I’m a 75-year-old retired female and the Hallett Street property DID NOT feel safe. The outside steps were not deep enough and difficult to climb with all my bags, etc. The one railing available was narrow with chipped paint, so one couldn’t really...

« The house was in a great location and the check-in process was seamless. The property team was easy to communicate with and was very helpful on a couple of things that popped up. For our friend group, it was great having the separate, almost apartment-like spaces, to themselves. Parking was also a plus. We would definitely stay again if we returned to the area. »

« Check in was exactly at 3 pm. But you are literally 2 blocks from the ocean and waiting should never be a boring issue. Apartment was very bright and clean. Nice sitting area out back. Very quiet neighborhood. I did try to take a nap after driving 11 hours but when I turned the bed back the sheets were very damp. Clean but too damp to lay on. The bathroom has no storage and is very small. Would be hard to manage with kids. No dishwasher but I don’t have one at home either. We would definitely...
