« Peaceful and cozy. Autumn colors surrounded the property. The house was well equiped and very accommodating. »

« We had an amazing time! We were able to fully utilize the kitchen and grill to prepare meals throughout the whole weekend as the appliances worked and there was enough cooking ware for our needs. The bathrooms were clean and the hot tub was nice! The table games in the basement were fun to use too!Some of the doors were hard to fully close and/or lock. The lock box at the front door was finicky too. There was a broken step down to the river that should be fixed as it's currently a hazard »

« Sun Valley Overlook is aesthetically beautiful & the views are stunning! The big A-frame window space is just incredible! You will find this unique cabin well stocked & geared to set the mood for a hassle-free, relaxing experience. Every last detail is perfect! The outside space is equally as amazing. The hot tub is situated facing the gorgeous mountain backdrop & the fire pit (complete with everything you need to make s’mores) sets the mood for a cozy night together. We made good use of every...

« Great house, attentive host. Lake access, hot tub, great bar / pool table room, fire pit. I was there with friends but also noticed it was well configured for families. »

« Very nice local getaway for my family! We enjoyed the privacy of being the “end lot”. Property was nice, convenient, and clean. »

« The home was very clean and comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms for a group was great! We misunderstood and thought that the dock would be walking distance from the house, but it is a short drive away. We enjoyed the deck and the hot tub, and used the kitchen and the grill - all of which were in great condition. The home is very well kept! »

« We stayed for a long weekend at “Almost heaven”. We really enjoyed the location- just a walk across the street to enjoy the dock and small beach area! (We brought our kayak and paddleboards and were able to just walk them over to get on the lake!) The location is great for a trip to the state park and close to town for necessities.
