« I helped the property manager out by switching to another unit. The unit was nothing like the one I reserved. I was supposed to have leather couches, but we received stained couches and a stained mattress. blinds that didn't go down, so we couldn't use one of the rooms and had to share beds. The banister was a safety hazard because it was wobbly. Very disappointed. I paid over 300 for a subpar town house. »

« Our host was very quick to respond to questions and concerns. The townhome is conveniently located near interstate and main roads to access shopping and other amenities. We were very thankful we could bring our pets and also enjoy having the family members we were traveling to visit hang out in a more comfortable space. We did struggle with the main floor being cold while the upstairs bedrooms were hot, but we adapted by adjusting the heat and wearing thicker socks. I would encourage slippers...
