« My experience with this host was acceptable until the day of the trip (when we realized we never received instructions to access the unit). After several DMs and phone calls to the host, they finally submitted instructions for us to get into the rental. The place was fine, although the complex reeked of smoke, but that’s probably from years of residents smoking. Thankfully, the unit itself didn’t smell. « Overall, very nice place. ONLY downside was the AC doesn't turn on until April so it was very hot as it was an unusually hot day in March for Nebraska, but there were plenty of fans provided which definitely helped! »

« Reid was a very responsive host even at late hours of the night. Listing is exactly like the pictures. We were able to put one of our boys to sleep in pullout couch and the other on the bean bag mattress, both very comfortable. Everything is within 10 minute drive. We went for the CWS and a baseball tourney for my son. Will definitely book it again when we go back. »
