« Our showers were cold. My poor kids were shivering in their showers. Wife & I also took reluctant showers. We called front desk & their response was it might be because people were returning to their rooms at 8pm and using showers. No hotel should have cold showers anytime regardless of use. I took a shower the next morning & it was lukewarm. Definitely ruined the stay. The pool was tiny, so dint expect any actual swimming. It’s more of an above ground pool you’d see in backyards. « Property was clean. Staff were helpful. We came to visit the zoo, and it was only 7 minutes away. Restaurants close by as well. »

« Nice hotel…but…we had ants in our bathroom and what we assume was blood on our comforter. Need more people at the front desk. The poor woman was running all around getting things for people and line was backed up a lot. Felt bad for her. Pizza restaurant was very good and responsibly priced but very slow. »
