« The apartment is large with plenty of room for a family. We were attending a concert in State College. I am so glad we pick this apartment. It is beautiful inside and comfortable. The beds were comfortable so we did get well rested. The kitchen is loaded with everything you would need. The area is beautiful and historical. There is nice stores and restaurants. There is a wonderful park 2 blocks away that my dogs really enjoyed. »

« This really worked out well for us. While not dead-center in town, the neighborhood wasn't too far away (20 Uber) and among well-kept properties. Felt very safe. The basement apartment was clean and comfortable and despite being connected to the house was fully private. Megan was great, very communicative and helpful with some gameday tailgate parking tips. »

Spacious for its footprint, tastefully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and close enough to downtown without the noise or the crowds! « Owners very nice! Love location. Not a great stay, kitchen didn’t have needed items to cook, oven mitts, trays, etc. Far too hot!!! Space needs at least two more AC units and definitely one of those on first floor for the size. Need to limit the number of dogs there at same time, I and one of my kiddos was bitten by another guests dog. It would be helpful to know exactly the bedding arrangements for each space. Be sure each space has…Toile paper, paper towels, and general cleaning supplies for...
