« The guest house was well stocked and lovely for our getaway weekend. It kept us warm during the chilly winter, and there was even a couple of great board games to wind the night down with. The view was exceptional in the morning, even in the winter! Al was a lovely host and checled in on us to make sure we had a comfortable stay with absolutely no problems. Very attentive host that cares for his guests. Would definitely come back during the summer!! »

« It's a cute place. Some parts smaller in person than in the pictures. Love the Kitchen. The air conditioning felt great since we had a heatwave. Question about parking and Cara answered immediately! Grateful for the dock since we were able to tie our boat up and keep it out front. The view of the lake from the cottage is beautiful! »

My friends and I were disappointed at the size of the property as it says duplex but it's really one-half a house without the large deck pictured on one of the photos. It does have a small deck on the left to sit and watch the sunsets. The stairs to the second floor are very narrow and not good for elders and the large full bathroom is on the first floor separate from the 2 main bedrooms upstairs. There is a very small half bath...

« Great Location! You could walk a mile to the beach if you wanted to. So many restaruants in the area as well. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and with linens. Definitely pet friendly property. The home was clean (bathroom, kitchen) but there were a lot of spider webs throughout the place and the ceiling fans were very dusty (to the point that I didnt want to turn them on)Overall, great place. »

The lake was beautiful, the view was exceptional, and we truly loved being able to use the paddle boards.The house was exactly like the photos—comfortable, cozy, and well cared for. We walked into mold on the shower curtain, mice droppings in the closet of the rooms, and a dishwasher stuffed with dirty dishes such as mold on the utensils and cups with curdled/old milk (I think?) still in them. Absolutely unusable and smelled terrible when opened. They gave us one garbage bag for the entire stay and when asked if there were more elsewhere, I was told, "We don't usually provide these kind of things" and still expected...
