« We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. Even though the weather during our trip was terrible, we still thoroughly enjoyed our time there.The hosts were very helpful and provided all the information we needed about the cottage as well as local attractions and activities. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would absolutely give it 5 stars. »

« The view is to die for, best I've seen on the CT. shoreline. My friends and I were disappointed at the size of the property as it says duplex but it's really one-half a house without the large deck pictured on one of the photos. It does have a small deck on the left to sit and watch the sunsets. The stairs to the second floor are very narrow and not good for elders and the large full bathroom is on the first floor separate from the 2 main bedrooms upstairs. There is a very small half bath...

« House was cozy and warm during a cold winter storm. With 27” of snow, the owner’s were busy shoveling and plowing out the cottage. We loved the location, a short walk from a beach with views and a nice neighborhood. »

« The guest house was well stocked and lovely for our getaway weekend. It kept us warm during the chilly winter, and there was even a couple of great board games to wind the night down with. The view was exceptional in the morning, even in the winter! Al was a lovely host and checled in on us to make sure we had a comfortable stay with absolutely no problems. Very attentive host that cares for his guests. Would definitely come back during the summer!! »

« Our holiday weekend ended up being indoors due to poor weather, but our 20 month old was still able to run around the spacious property and have a great time. The host is tremendously accommodating with ample towels, well equipped kitchen, comfortable mattresses, and a game room. We were able to communicate specific needs for our sudden booking, and again, John responded quickly and graciously met them. Despite 3 hours of sunlight on our 3 day 2 night stay, we had a great time. The lobster...

« My mother, daughter and I had an amazing time staying in the Block Island property. It was perfect for the one night we spent in Mystic. It was so clean, convenient and comfortable. The hosts added little classy touches like a complementary bottle of wine, blankets for outside and even binoculars to check out the harbor. Can’t wait to go back when we are able to spend more time. »
