« We stayed one night for an event at Mohegan Sun. It was an easy drive to the casino or no issue finding a Lyft/Uber for around $30. We absolutely loved our stay, it was a vacation all on its own. They owners were so nice and beyond accommodating. They truly thought of everything! Our room was cozy with a beautiful view. Check out at 12pm allowed us to hang out for a bit and enjoy the view outside. We are looking forward to returning! »

Owners are extremely welcoming and address any need you may have. The property is beautiful surrounded by trees but has outdoor area to relax as well. The home is very cozy, and while still a work in progress, the outdoor area is beautiful and teeming with potential. This is not a hotel or a motel, understanding this, do not expect the starchy atmosphere of those places, but instead appreciate the friendly, homely vibe. If you’re looking for somewhere reasonably priced, clean, and cozy, this is a great spot. »

« What a very special place this is. Wilfred and Vida are truly brilliant hosts. When we arrived they sat with us and had a lovely chat about the house and the area, recommended places to eat and provided lots of local intelligence. Tea and coffee is served in the room at 8am followed by a very generous and delicious breakfast. The two of them are a totally charming couple with their great sense of humour, stories and kindness They could give lessons on what true hospitality should be. »
