« Very clean house and nice proprietor. A small breakfast of coffee and pastry is even provided, which is very sweet. Close to the 95 without being loud, and the house feels very safe.Would recommend staying here, especially for the price. Two things I would flag (none of them dealbreakers at all—just information for those that might need it): (1) the very nice host will meet you and show you to your room. If you are arriving late, that is something you should flag since alternative arrangements...

« Excellent location. Right in the heart of downtown Mystic. Off-street parking is a plus. Apartment is newly renovated, clean, and comfortable for two. Kitchen was well-supplied. Small patio in back was a perfect place to unwind. Mike was the best host. He was available when I called and gave us some excellent ideas for places to visit that were not originally on our radar. We’ll be back. »

« The owner was very polite in his emails and answered all my questions promptly. The room was clean and well-maintained. They provided detergent and other items so I didn't have to buy them. When I ran out of toilet paper towards the end of my 8-day stay, they sent me a roll when I asked. It was very helpful. I didn't have any particular problems during my stay. I had a comfortable stay. If my daughter would participate in the world scholar’s cup at Yale University next year, I will choose this...

« The rental was beautiful and clean. We stayed here for a concert at the toyota center right down the road. The best part was the deer around the back of the property. A fair warning there isn’t much cook wear in the kitchen, no toaster and the pans were old and stained which made things burn. Other than that an amazing rental and location. »
