« L'appartement est bien situé, au bord de la plage, avec en prime deux chaises longues et un parasol sur la plage, à quelques mètres du condo. En outre, l'appartement est bien équipé, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, ustensiles de cuisine, serviettes de plage... Les propriétaires ont été très gentils et nous ont bien accueillis. « The building is in a very nice area and the views were amazing. The building, like most of the buildings in Miami is pretty old and could use some renovations. The building was very clean and the pool area was really spacious. The on-site restaurant was pretty good too. The unit came complimentary with valet parking which was a huge help. I give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. »

« Nice building and great central location in Miami. Host is great. Only complaint would be adequate extra sheets/blankets/pillows for those sleeping on the couches would have been nice. Only a fitted sheet and throws from the couch were provided. »

« Construction right next to the property definitely killed the vibe, noise late into the evening and early in the morning.. traffic delays.... No onsite parking - valet is a 25min wait »

« This is a great place to stay. We loved it. It is clean and beautiful and for us it was very conveniently located for our needs. The TVs/Streaming services in our unit were really poor. Constantly buffering, constantly being interrupted. This was frustrating. As well, no local stations were available and no live TV options. The other constructive comment would be that more towels are needed. Towels should be provided at pool area and certainly in the gym. »

« La chambre est vraiment grande et fonctionnel (2 salles de bain, cuisine, salon). Convient très bien à une petite famille. Chambre propre (seul bémol la moquette pas assez nettoyé). L’hôtel est incroyable et le plus c’est le parking inclus dans la location. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte et a répondu à toutes mes attentes. Merci encore c’était top »

« The condo was very clean and well furnished. It is very close to Bayfront which was very convenient and safe. We were very disappointed that the pool was under construction after we had been told it was open. The owner did give us a 6% refund as he said he did not know the pool was closed. We had seven guests and had to pay extra money for 3 of the guests (price is based on 4 guests) but we were only given 4 towels. We came in very late Thursday night/Friday morning and I contacted the owner...
