« Mostly great but not friendly for short people. A stool or step ladder would help. Lower the bathroom mirror. With the steps, it is not friendly for someone with a walker. The host was responsive and helpful. Very clean. The back porch with a table was nice when in the shade. Sweetener and creamer for the coffee would be nice. »

« We loved our stay at this property. It was exceptionally clean, well equipped, private and comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. Location was great for access to Colorado National Monument and other public recreation lands in the area. Communication with the host was excellent. Lots of very thoughtful welcome gifts and other touches. This is our third VRBO on this trip and by far the nicest. We hope we can return someday! »

« Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected...
